Sea Life Aquaruim at AZ Mills Mall

The new Sea Life Aquarium opens on May 14, at AZ Mills Mall!



This is the same aquarium that is opening at Lego Land in CA.

The tickets are $5 off if bought in advance on their website.

Adults are $13.50 (reg $18.50), Children 3-12 are $5.50 (reg $10.50) and kids 2 and under are free!

P90X at Nani's

This Tuesday we worked out with the P90X video at Nani's house!
It was fun, and the kids played so well behind us.



We did the shoulders and arms workout, and then changed to the ab ripper.


When we got on our yoga mats to do abs, all of the kids came to sit on our laps! So, we decided that we were done. It was really fun.

My favorite moment was when Caleb told Alison that she was doing a good job, and to do more "frogs". He smiled and was helping to move her legs up and down for her while she was doing one of the ab excersizes.

St. Patrick's Day Plate Date

Last Tuesday, the day before St. Patrick's Day, we had a special Spring Break play date at our house. We had such a fun time, had a good turn out, and the weather was perfect. The kids played, we cut and colored a little leprechaun and made a puppet out of him with paper bags, went hunting for "Lucky the Leprechaun", and then frosted green shamrock sugar cookies.It was a blast!

The kids really had fun when we were trying to find Lucky. He left a trail of Lucky Charms everywhere he went, and you know how tricky Leprechaun's can be! He started in the kitchen, moved to the family room, went in Trista's room, and then Whitney's room. That sneaky little guy made a mess with her baby books, but left us shamrock cookies to decorate! Maybe we'll find him next year.

The fifth letter was sitting on a plate full of green shamrock sugar cookies.

St. Patrick's Day Playdate!

We will be having a special Spring Break, St. Patrick's Day play date tomorrow!

Please come for a St. Patrick's day craft, frosting shamrock cookies, and a Leprechaun hunt!

Water Tower Pictures!

We have had a few visits to the Gilbert Water Tower splash pad, and they were really fun. Thank you Alison and Nani for bringing your little ones. I think that we went to Costco for lunch both times after we were done!

Here are some cute pictures of Whitney and Rhys at the splash pad. We will have to do it again when the weather warms up a bit!

I forgot my camera when Caleb came, so here is a picture of him not at the splash pad. He's just to cute not to show.

The little ones were pooped by the time we were finished. It was so fun! Thanks again for coming!

Play Date!

Our next get together will be on Tuesday September 29th at 9:30 am.

We will be meeting at the Gilbert Water Tower Park to play on the splash pad.

It is off of Gilbert Rd, on Page St, across the street from Joe's BBQ.

Krispy Kreme Tour

Our Madera Ward Mommy and Me Playgroup was able to take a tour of the Krispy Kreme Donut shop on September 15th. We had such fun! We had a hard time keeping the little ones out of the kitchen after it was over!

The donuts come down out of the oven on to a conveyor belt, and go through a waterfall of glaze and cool off before they are put in boxes.

It was interesting to find out how many thousand donuts they make every day. We also got to see the machine that puts the filling in them.

Our little ones got to eat donuts and take home Krispy Kreme hats.
